Quiropractica for stressThere is physical stress; microtrauma from driving on the roads of C.R. as well as macrotrauma such as an accident. There is chemical stress/toxins such as diesel pollution from a bus or the ingredients in “junk food.” Emotional stress, such as a quick negative reaction from a thought, may also affect our body. Quantum physics and tensegrity show us how everything affects everything and the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Our 5 pillars of health are 1.) sleep/rest 2.) Exercise 3.) Diet/nutrition 4.) Emotional Stress and 5.) Brain/body communication (chiropractic). Laws of nature like gravity are universal and infinite. Chiropractic helps people get in touch with their bodies so they are more aware of their posture, breath, environment. Chiropractic may “awaken” people to a life more congruent with mothernature. People should generally sleep 7 hours a night, use the bathroom after eating, walk/move/talk comfortably. When we express symptoms and our “homeostasis” is out of whack–chiropractic can help return balance into our lives.

Dr. Robert recommends, in general, to visit the chiropractor every month or as you would maintain your car or your teeth.
